Colissimo is changing its activity schedule to cope with the lack of personnel.

Home deliveries will now take place Tuesday through Friday. Delivery delays of up to 10 days are to be expected in some cases, due to a large number of packages to be processed by Colissimo and the reduction of employees (2 to 3 days late for Chronopost).

There is no routing of packages, no delivery, no shipping except Tuesday to Friday.

Shipments will take place Tuesday through Friday.

For any order placed before 9 a.m., same day shipment, and for any order placed after 9 a.m., shipment the next day of shipment.
