The e-liquid is composed, indeed, of the 4 products that hold important roles in this mix :

 

  • The Vegetable Glycerin (VG)

The Vegetable Glycerin also known as glycerol, is present in the form of a transparent liquid, thick, colorless, odorless, used in many compositions, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries.

In the e-liquid VG, produces a large volume of steam and allows you to better capture the aromas.

The flavors are diminished, just as it should be and the steam produced is not aggressive in the mouth.

 

  • Propylene Glycol (PG)

Propylene Glycol is a compound fluid, which is also used in many industrial and pharmaceutical.

Used in e-liquid as plasticizer, the PG is also a good sensor of flavors. It reinforces the "hit" and gives a little zing to the vape.

 

  • The Flavors

The Aroma is a volatile compound that allows for a perception of taste and smell. Natural or synthetic, to the aroma of your e-liquid is not critical to the composition but it is essential for you, vapor.

The aroma of the e-liquid will allow you to choose from a wide choice of fragrances, depending on your preferences and your desires and will also allow for a vape enjoyable and exceptional on the palate.

The aroma may be composed of water, alcohol, colorants and enhancers of flavors.

 

  • Nicotine

The nicotine is a toxic alkaloid derived of tobacco plant used as a stimulant, particularly when the inhalation of tobacco smoke. Nicotine triggers a certain dependence in humans.

This component is used in the e-liquid to fill the lack of vapoteur, and to create a " hit " outstanding at the vape.

Different nicotine levels are available to the vapoteur from 0mg to 20mg.

Today the e-liquid is highly regulated and the manufacturers are very respectful in the laws in place. (the DPD)

 

Since the 1st January 2017 :

  • The nicotine content of the products of vaping must be less than or equal to 20mg for a capacity of 10 ml.
  • The e-liquids containing nicotine must be protégés against breakage and leakage, regardless of the materials used. (Child safety)
  • The mandatory particulars (composition, message, health,..) must be stated in French and in a font that allows a perfect readability by the consumer.
