How do I return a product ?

You are not completely satisfied with a purchase ? You can exchange or return your product with ease for 15 days, from the date of receipt of your order.
NB : The returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, accompanied by its accessories and instructions.

ATTENTION
- The products and orders personalized cannot be returned
- Products presenting a risk to the health and/or hygiene (ex: cleatomiseurs, ...) must be sealed. The opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Perishable products (ex : e-liquids, etc.) will not be returned
- A gift may be returned by following the explanations given above.
- No returns will be accepted in the relay. Returns may be made by mail.

RETURN BY MAIL

  1. Prepare your product for return :

    • Pack it to the maximum so that it is protected during transit, ideally in the original package,
    • Fill out the return form (print below) and drag it with your product.

      Once the label is received and printed, you can drop off your parcel :

    1. Upon receipt of your package by Vapovor :

      The product is verified.

      If it meets the conditions of return, we will issue a refund via the method of original payment, or the creation of a line* if the product was a gift.

What are the times and modes of reimbursement ?

Upon receipt of your products, the refund will be made within 10 working days, via your method of original payment.

Repayment and have online
The repayment can be done by having, in line, under certain conditions :
- If the products were resolved by having online,
- If you return an item received as a gift

Refund of an order paid with a PayPal account
The amount of an order paid via a PayPal account you will be re-credited to your PayPal account (See the conditions of repayment above).

You have received a product damaged / incomplete order, what do I do ?

If you find that your order is incomplete or damaged, we invite you to contact the Customer Service Vapovor by email to the address contact@vapovor.com, or by telephone, from Monday to Saturday, from 9h to 20h, 0033 (0)1 82 83 23 25 .

We also invite you to send us by email , or by mail (VAPOVOR - 102 Av. des Champs Élysées, 75008 Paris, France), a declaration on honour (that you will find here) and a proof of identity.
